To produce even a single piece, we have to go through a series of complex steps to design, build and test prototype and production molds.
This "set-up" process is required for each product, no matter how large the actual production run.
Minimum production runs are required to justify testing the molds, calibrating and running the machines.
Design, prototype and mold preparation costs must be paid up front.
Aftermarket painting is "not" a DIY option. To paint urethane requires special paints and protective hazard equipment. We do not offer that.
For factory-produced custom colors, there is a minimum quantity requirement to justify the bulk purchase of the custom paint, machine calibration, the actual production run and the post-production cleaning of the mold and equipment. All custom color products must be paid up front.
Depending on the item you may need to order 1,000 to 10,000 pieces per color. The average wait time could be 3-4 months.
